Yoga helps teens concentrate in school and develop more self-confidence
Yoga for teens will address the specific needs of adolescence in relatable ways for this age group from 12 to 18. This stage of growth can be enlightening and challenging, and our classes will address everything that’s going on in their lives in yogic ways. We will do poses, breathing, meditation and other activities specially created for our teens. They will learn tools to feel more confident in their bodies and more calm in their minds. They will get a chance to meet other like-minded kids who are going through the same things under the guidance of our experienced yoga teachers. We believe our teen classes are helpful for living a stronger and more positive life.
