Teen Pilates Series: Cultivate Confidence and Kindness
For teenagers, so much is changing on the inside and outside, and we want to help them connect with themselves and others. In this program, we create a safe, supportive space for students to learn about their bodies and each other. Using the principles of pilates, they will explore movement and become more comfortable in their own skin. The strength and flexibility they build on their mat increases their confidence and openness off the mat. The students will share, move, breathe and laugh in this meaningful series.
